Yesterday we attended the home owner’s orientation for us to be acquainted with the dos and don’ts in the house and lot that we bought as well as the dos and don’ts in the subdivision or community where we are now a part of. We were so glad that finally the house keys are handed to us and we now can move in to our new house anytime.
During the orientation the facilitator has mentioned about the allowed number of pets each household should have as well as what kind of pets are allowed. One of the orientation attendee has more than the allowed number of pets (dogs) and so she was a bit upset. She understands that the developer is just concerned of the other resident because too much dog barks from so many dog could be a disturbance to other residents but she stressed that their dogs are so disciplined that she’s confident that the dogs could not be a trouble to the neighbors. She said their dogs most of the time would just be inside the house. She said they have bed for pets, as well as devices such as collars that would control the barking. She said that their dogs are treated like family members and if they would not be allowed to bring all seven dogs they would rather get their money back and find another property in another subdivision.
